Experience with SaaS APIs and building integrations. Understanding of the business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools). Excellent verbal English communication skills. Ability and desire to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the sales process and handle the technical aspects. Provide personalized product demonstrations. Address technical inquiries from clients. Build relationships with technical client teams. Manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) process. Improve product documentation and customer-facing materials (optional). Develop prototypes and reusable integration examples (optional).
