Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Clinical Training. Background in a clinical or patient-care setting (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, or related healthcare field). Proven ability to manage complex onboarding processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong operational and organizational skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for onsite trainings and activations. Clinical background or certification (e.g., PT, OT, ATC, nursing) (Preferred). Experience in digital health or technology-enabled care (Preferred). Prior experience implementing or training on clinical technology solutions (Preferred). Familiarity with HubSpot, Metabase, or similar systems (Preferred). Experience working in a startup or high-growth healthcare organization (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
Own the onboarding process for new customers. Plan and lead go-live activities, including technical setup and training coordination. Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for clinicians and staff. Monitor early utilization data and identify trends. Partner with VP of CS to document success stories and surface learnings. Transition mature accounts to long-term CSM ownership. Deliver follow-up trainings and workflow refinements. Maintain detailed documentation on onboarding phases. Help standardize onboarding playbooks and training templates. Capture and share implementation feedback and training insights. Support data-driven decision-making by tracking metrics. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation issues. Work cross-functionally to elevate implementation issues and enhance workflows.
