Background in a clinical or patient-care setting (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, or related healthcare field). Proven ability to manage complex onboarding processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong operational and organizational skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for onsite trainings and activations. Clinical background or certification (e.g., PT, OT, ATC, nursing) (Preferred). Experience in digital health or technology-enabled care (Preferred). Prior experience implementing or training on clinical technology solutions (Preferred). Familiarity with HubSpot, Metabase, or similar systems (Preferred). Experience working in a startup or high-growth healthcare organization (Preferred).
