2-4+ years in an implementation, project management, or client onboarding role. Experience preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech. Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences. Experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a plus. Client-centric approach with a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional onboarding. Collaborative nature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
