Implementation Specialist

2-4+ years in an implementation, project management, or client onboarding role. Experience preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech. Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences. Experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a plus. Client-centric approach with a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional onboarding. Collaborative nature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Endeavor financing platform in dental practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure alignment. Serve as the trusted liaison to dental practices, gathering requirements, customizing onboarding, training staff, and troubleshooting. Identify and execute process improvements and share best practices. Monitor go-live performance and collect feedback for product enhancements. Keep stakeholders engaged with regular status reports and success metrics.
