Minimum 5 years in a B2B SaaS sales role. Proven success consistently exceeding sales targets. Strong technical orientation and ability to understand DevOps, Kubernetes, and the cloud-native ecosystem. Effective communicator with excellent listening, presentation, and writing skills. Self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment. Experience educating customers on product features, best practices, and adoption strategies. Knowledge of Argo CD and/or open-source enterprise sales (Nice to Have). Experience selling from the bottom up within engineering organizations (Nice to Have).
