Requirements:
7+ years of direct sales experience. 3+ years of full cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience. Demonstrated track record of successful sales and reaching or exceeding KPIs. Ensures HubSpot accuracy: correct stage, close date, amount, forecast category, and next steps. Action orientation, fast moving and intrinsically motivated. A strong focus on delivering results and outcomes. Prior AI SaaS sales experience at a growing healthcare startup company is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own the sales process for a large territory, focusing on new partnerships from prospecting to contract closure. Collaborate with customer success for successful deployments and partnership expansion. Develop relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers. Meet or exceed annual revenue quota. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Develop relationships on both clinical and operational sides of target accounts. Manage pipeline including account targeting, deal qualification, prioritization, and forecasting. Educate radiologists on Rad AI's impact. Maintain comprehensive familiarity of Rad AI's products and roadmap. Prospect and multi-thread accounts.
