Legal Counsel, Commercial

US Licensed Attorney in good standing. 5+ years in a law firm or in-house position. Extensive experience negotiating complex Services and/or Software-as-a-Service agreements with enterprise clients in Life Sciences, Biotech, and/or Software industries. Exceptional drafting skills and strong attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, partnership agreements). Managing and improving contract templates and playbooks. Advising on US law matters (corporate, employment, IP). Ensuring regulatory compliance. Identifying and mitigating legal risks. Liaising with external legal advisors.
