Head of Integration Engineering

6+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years managing and scaling teams Deep integrations experience across industries Strong system design skills: microservices, REST or gRPC, message buses like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and SQL or NoSQL design Hands-on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript CI/CD and cloud expertise: GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS or GCP or Azure Security and compliance knowledge: HIPAA and SOC 2, security reviews, threat modeling Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs

Define and drive a unified integrations strategy Lead design and hands-on development of core connectors Establish CI/CD, observability, SLAs, monitoring, and alerting Build SDKs, developer docs, and sample apps Recruit, mentor, and grow an integrations and reliability engineering team Partner cross-functionally to prioritize roadmap and meet HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements
