Growing engineering team from 10 to 15-20 within the next year Fostering the culture of the engineering team Mentoring tech leads Working with the engineering team to cultivate an engineering vision and strategy Final signoff on timeline estimates for features Cultivating a team which can meet timelines Ensure that each member of the engineering team is aligned to the engineering strategy Own the long term robustness and security of the software Manage the tradeoff between the forward advancement of the codebase and the accumulation of technical debt Managing uncertainty and people experiencing uncertainty Collaborating with the leadership team to create the organization’s strategic plan Responsible for the quality of the codebase
