Requirements:
3-6 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, RevOps, or similar roles in B2B / SaaS environments. Deep working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.). Deep working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot CRM, Salesforce). Strong experience in building automation workflows, email campaigns, integration logic, and operational systems. Solid analytical and data skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools). Excellent attention to detail, process orientation. Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate and optimize marketing tech stack and integrations. Design, build, and maintain integrations between marketing and CRM systems. Build and execute scalable and personalized campaign workflows. Automate repetitive tasks in lead management and segmentation. Manage lead lifecycle processes and optimize funnel conversion. Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance and funnel health. Analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations. Implement consistent data standards and conduct data audits. Partner with Revenue Technology and GTM teams on priorities and roadmaps. Create and maintain process documentation.
