Technical Services Director

Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Technical experience in establishing, scaling, and transferring gummy manufacturing in the nutraceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of gummy manufacturing processes and technologies. Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Oversee and supervise the gummy manufacturing process, including scale up. Provide technical direction and support to R&D and production teams. Develop and implement in-process procedures for quality assurance. Lead R&D efforts to improve gummy products and manufacturing processes. Ensure manufacturing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Recruit, train, and manage technical staff. Develop and manage the technical budget. Collaborate with other departments to align technical requirements with business goals.
