Solutions Engineer

3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or similar role. Strong knowledge of ecommerce; Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred. Success in customer-facing, revenue-driving roles. Technical skills with frontend technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Ability to build proof-of-concept integrations using APIs. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas clearly. Comfort working across go-to-market, product, and engineering teams. Experience working with enterprise-level customers is a plus.

Guide new clients through setup, integrations, and advanced use cases. Partner with Sales to help prospects understand platform capabilities. Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from kickoff to launch. Run technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and explore solutions. Build and deliver proofs of concept for complex needs. Support customers and partners with custom or advanced integrations. Create technical resources like guides and tutorials. Act as a creative problem solver to help brands grow revenue. Work with integration partners for smooth connections.
