3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or similar role. Strong knowledge of ecommerce; Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred. Success in customer-facing, revenue-driving roles. Technical skills with frontend technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Ability to build proof-of-concept integrations using APIs. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas clearly. Comfort working across go-to-market, product, and engineering teams. Experience working with enterprise-level customers is a plus.
