Protocol Specialist

CS degree or equivalent domain experience desired. 1-4 years in a similar research role is preferred. Attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills and ability to lead video calls. Personable and comfortable communicating with others across teams and platforms. High EQ. Demonstrable academic excellence. High energy, interest, and desire to learn and conviction about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Previous experience in crypto/blockchain is a bonus, or being highly crypto curious. Organized with an emphasis on documentation and note-taking. Published articles, blogs, content on relevant subject matter, or a demonstrable desire to do so.

Develop a surface level understanding of all supported protocols and an in-depth knowledge of a select few. Maintain protocol information and awareness of current and upcoming events. Lead internal and external knowledge-share discussions. Publish guides, introductions, updates, and original analysis. Identify strategic business, investment, and technology opportunities. Provide support to sales and customer success functions.
