Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or related field). 3+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Specific experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, particularly within CMC. Understanding and articulating complex technical concepts related to software and scientific workflows. Strong understanding of scientific principles and processes within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Solid understanding of CMC processes, regulatory requirements, and everyday challenges. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders. A genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
