Curate, implement, and continuously improve merchandising strategies. Ensure the seamless execution of promotional plans and the merchandising calendar. Analyze user behavior, product performance, and merchandising metrics. Use analytics to enhance product discovery, engagement, and conversion rates. Conduct post-launch performance tracking and iterate based on insights. Work closely with Category Management, Marketing, Catalog, and Design teams. Act as the key liaison across Growth, Category, and Product teams. Lead the configuration and synchronization of in-app content for consistency. Ensure timely and accurate setup of feature and product releases. Monitor tool performance and flag inefficiencies. Independently manage multiple initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination. Develop documentation and SOPs for merchandising workflows and content governance. Leverage feedback and market research to identify new merchandising opportunities.
