Requirements:
Construction industry HIGHLY experience preferred. Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or support, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content. Experience in the construction or building technology industry a plus. Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficient in creating training content and documentation. Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding webinars. Collaborate with customers to design and execute customized training plans. Deliver focused training sessions tailored to trade-specific workflows. Maintain up-to-date training materials. Host regular “Office Hours”. Proactively engage new users to drive adoption. Act as a product expert to guide customers. Partner with Customer Support to track and resolve issues. Work closely with the Customer Success team. Continuously refine onboarding processes.
