Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years). Experience in a SaaS or tech product company. Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and data analysis. Comfortable using tools like Linear, Figma, Outline, Postman. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and system integrations. Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complexity into clarity. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
Responsibilities:
Work with Product Managers to understand problems and define solutions. Define how features work by exploring business logic, data dependencies, and edge cases. Maintain and refine business rules, requirements, and specifications. Ensure user stories have clear, testable acceptance criteria. Create detailed process flows, diagrams, and edge-case documentation. Map and optimize end-to-end business processes. Perform impact analysis for API and data model changes. Provide structured insights to guide decisions. Support QA with clarification of requirements and expected behavior. Act as a translator between Product, QA, and Engineering. Support escalations with documentation, requirement coverage, and process analysis.
