Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, eCommerce, or consumer goods Expertise in inventory and cost accounting for multi-location operations Strong working knowledge of Sage 100 Cloud ERP (required) Experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD and 3PL integrations Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and financial reconciliation tools Familiarity with AI, automation, or analytics platforms for data accuracy and forecasting Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, and banking operations Consolidate financial results from molding plants, 3PL partner, and Amazon channels Manage inventory and cost accounting across multiple facilities Maintain standard and actual costing in Sage 100 Cloud Track production, transfers, and landed costs per SKU Reconcile inventory between manufacturing, 3PL, and Amazon facilities Oversee Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD financials Analyze advertising spend, storage fees, and promotional discounts Ensure GAAP-compliant revenue recognition Serve as Sage 100 Cloud administrator Integrate Sage with Amazon and 3PL systems Implement AI-powered tools for reconciliation, forecasting, and automation Develop automated dashboards and financial reports Strengthen internal controls
