Financial Controller

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 2–5 years post-qualification experience in a high-growth business Strong technical knowledge across financial control, tax, and compliance Experience operating across multi-entity, multi-market (UK/US) structures Hands-on, detail-oriented, but able to step up into strategic conversations

Own end-to-end finance operations Build and maintain strong controls and processes across UK/US entities Manage compliance, tax, and audit processes Oversee transactional finance (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations) Provide financial insight for strategic decision-making Drive automation and efficiency in finance systems Support due diligence for fundraising / exit scenarios
