Shopify and Klaviyo experience. Experience with CPG brands. Experience with E-comm. Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Monday.com, Lifetimely, Google Analytics, and Excel. Strong communication skills. Organized approach. English proficiency (CEFR rating required).

Track marketing projects, deadlines, and team deliverables using Monday.com. Manage tasks for the team and keep stakeholders updated. Brief creative and development teams. Coordinate across creative, operations, and product teams. Help create SOPs and processes for the marketing/ecommerce team. Liaise with agencies and manage timelines for website and email coordination. QA web and email updates before final approval. Act as "first line of defense" for reviewing agency deliverables. Provide feedback from a visual and operational perspective. Develop launch timelines from final concept to market. Coordinate with the creative team for assets. Ensure all marketing requirements are met for Shopify launches. Update product pages in Shopify. Manage email campaigns in Klaviyo. Troubleshoot platform issues. Update trackers with data from various platforms. Export and organize data through Excel. Maintain existing reporting sheets. Pull numbers for sales and marketing spend tracking.
