Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent 3-5 years relevant work experience Working knowledge of Python Proficient in SQL and/or relevant RDBMS technologies Understanding of the credit lifecycle Effective communication skills in technical concepts Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with Github and JIRA (Bonus) Experience working in an agile environment (Bonus) Proven ability to work with diverse teams (Bonus) Experience in writing user requirement specifications (Bonus)

Affect and control portfolio strategy changes Affect and control portfolio asset management changes Affect and control marketing and collection strategies Ensure portfolio decisions use high-quality data inputs Troubleshoot portfolio issues using data insights and lead remedial action Implement business requirements from Decision Science and Analytics and Portfolio Management teams Provide support and assist with complex problem solving Work independently and challenge the status quo Conceptualize the customer journey and interacting systems/processes
