Technical Portfolio Manager

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent tertiary degree 3-5 years relevant work experience Working knowledge of Python Proficient in SQL and/or relevant RDBMS technologies Understanding of the credit lifecycle Effective communication skills in technical concepts Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with Github and JIRA (bonus) Experience working in an agile environment (bonus) Proven ability to work with diverse teams (bonus) Experience in writing user requirement specifications and working with product teams (bonus)

Affect and control portfolio strategy changes of the financial product offering Affect and control portfolio asset management changes Affect and control marketing and collection strategies Ensure all portfolio decisions and changes are made using the highest quality of data inputs Troubleshoot portfolio issues and lead remedial action using data insights Work with product and technical teams to implement business requirements Provide support and assist with complex problem solving across various teams Work independently and challenge the status quo Conceptualize the customer journey from onboarding to maturity and the interacting systems and processes involved
