Product Manager

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor product manager. Proven track record of delivering value and viable solutions. Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and constructive relationships at all levels. Strong technical background, preferably with hands-on coding experience (Python/Java). Deep experience with agile and scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of the technical architecture of platforms, the role of API integrations, and the utilisation of SaaS tools. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and coordination skills. Ability to clearly communicate requirements, balance risk, and hold stakeholders accountable to delivery deadlines. Experience with LLM or Generative AI. University degree preferred. Previous startup and EdTech experience is a plus. Previous experience with Video Game Technology.

Work on generative AI technology and prototypes. Identify new enhancement opportunities, define business and technical requirements, and partner with software engineering teams. Lead design and development efforts by conveying a vision, outlining requirements, and prioritizing the product backlog. Become a subject matter authority in key performance indicators through data analysis. Develop understanding of existing technical implementations and operational processes to create informed requirements for new features. Establish strong working relationships with engineering teams, designers, and business partners. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Plan and implement data-gathering activities to ensure product meets customer and business needs. Handle complex, sensitive, and fast-changing assignments. Investigate, test, and deliver new technical solutions.
