Senior Associate, Payment Operations

3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or investment banking; operational finance or accounting experience at a high-growth startup is a plus Strong foundational understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts Systems thinker inclined to solve problems with product, automation, and scalable processes Highly data-driven with the ability to drive complex analyses and translate findings into actionable insights Self-starter, master disambiguator/simplifier, and driven towards clarity and execution Collaborator who partners across teams and holds operational teams accountable

Lead operational components of the business close process Serve as the go-to Operations contact to confirm financial ledger accuracy Classify and reconcile operational financial data, including A/R and A/P Coordinate and execute write-off processes Design, build, and implement scalable processes and controls Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Payer, and CX teams to drive system improvements
