Engineering Manager

7+ years of experience in software or systems engineering. 3+ years in a management or lead role. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and development lifecycle. Proven experience with workflow automation, integration platforms, or orchestration tools. Familiarity with AI platforms or low/no-code tools. Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams, including contractors. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Lead a distributed team of Salesforce and Automation engineers. Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching. Empower senior engineers for sprint planning and delivery. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee Salesforce architecture, development, and governance. Partner with stakeholders on backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap. Lead design and implementation of automation and AI-enabled workflows. Maintain DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and observability. Collaborate with Data Engineering for analytics. Oversee intake, refinement, and sprint execution. Partner cross-functionally on project timelines and resource planning. Lead weekly production triage for issue resolution.
