5+ years of progressive work experience in highly quantitative roles. Significant experience leading complex analytics projects. Ability to lead quantitative projects end-to-end. Proven track record of successful collaboration within cross-functional teams. Ability to influence, align, and drive consensus among stakeholders. Possesses accountability and consistently delivers high-quality results. Advanced proficiency in navigating, joining, and analyzing complex datasets using relational databases. Skills in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R. Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI. Master's or other advanced degree in a relevant field preferred. Experience providing analytical support for healthcare initiatives preferred.
