Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
