Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process efficiently. Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience with progressive sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, search engines, Boolean, LinkedIn). Attention to detail and focus on data integrity. High level of self-motivation and ability to produce results independently. Able to work in a hybrid work setup and can work on-site if needed.
