Requirements:
3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment. Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets. Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process efficiently. Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience with progressive sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, search engines, Boolean, LinkedIn). Attention to detail and focus on data integrity. High level of self-motivation and ability to produce results independently. Able to work in a hybrid work setup and can work on-site if needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives. Own candidate experience from first engagement through interview. Source talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns. Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices. Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Design and execute strategic sourcing plans. Support market data and trends research for talent decisions. Partner with local People Business Partner for hiring strategies. Strategize to enhance employer brand and build diverse talent pipelines.
