Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

12+ years of tech leadership (engineering, architecture) 3-5 years in a senior executive/CTO role Experience in web3, crypto, or platform infrastructure Proven track record building and shipping large-scale platform/infrastructure products Strong hands-on architectural experience: distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, data infrastructure, cloud/Kubernetes Optional: blockchain/crypto infra experience Deep familiarity with web3 protocols: smart contracts, consensus, modular chain design, crypto-economics, developer tools Exemplary leadership: hiring, mentoring, scaling teams, defining culture and processes Excellent communicator Strategic thinker with a bias for action Previous CTO/VP Engineering experience at a Layer 1/L2 protocol, crypto exchange, or infrastructure-heavy web3 company (Bonus) Strong background in crypto-economics, token design, staking or consensus protocols (Bonus) Open-source contributions, public technical speaking, or reputation in the web3 developer ecosystem (Bonus) Experience with modular architectures, zero-knowledge proofs, trusted compute (TEEs), cross-domain messaging or cross-chain infra (Bonus) Technical fluency with languages such as Rust, Go, Solidity, or equivalent protocol-level stacks (Bonus)
