8+ years in engineering leadership roles, including CTO or VP Engineering. Proven experience delivering greenfield technology builds and cloud infrastructure at scale. Hands-on experience with AI/ML stacks, data platforms, and AI integration into production systems. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, secure architecture, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams, including hiring and mentorship. Strong strategic thinking. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Define and own the long-term technology strategy, architecture, and engineering standards. Lead the design, build, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure. Develop and execute AI and data strategies.
