Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy. Own technical customer engagement and close opportunities. Deliver product and technical presentations. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams for feedback. Drive product conversations based on customer needs. Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement material.
