5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/CDK) Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9, or similar) Proven ability to create technical architecture diagrams Strong technical writing skills with experience developing SOWs, RFP responses, or technical proposals Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or specialty certifications) preferred
