Requirements:
Deep-seated passion for problem-solving at the intersection of technology and business strategy Proven ability to make complex ideas sound simple, clear, and persuasive Entrepreneurial mindset Strong grasp of value-based selling and storytelling Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or business transformation role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred) Hands-on knowledge of enterprise planning processes (e.g., FP&A, S&OP, Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management) Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a strong asset Professional fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic discovery sessions Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations Architect elegant, high-impact proof-of-concept models Act as the strategic co-pilot to the Account Executive Serve as the voice of the customer to our Product and Strategy teams
