Strong track record in software sales, driving five to six digit ARR projects. Demonstrable experience with Public Sector evaluation and procurement methods. Well-established network within Germany’s public sector. Highly self-motivated with a “Manager of One” mindset. Expert customer focus, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven drive for results and resilience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English. Background in automation technology, workflow software, or process orchestration (nice to have). Experience with open source business models and communities (nice to have). Startup or scale-up context (nice to have).
