Previous experience in a customer service position Fluent in both Japanese & English. Experience within the print or publishing industry, with an appreciation for pre-press & print processes. Confident handling multiple customer inquiries at once and prioritising tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) would be a plus. Understanding of different printing techniques and materials.
