- Own Mixam’s email and SMS programs end-to-end, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and deployment.
- Manage the lifecycle activation and optimization of the Mixam Rewards loyalty program.
- Develop and execute rigorous A/B testing across messaging, offers, and customer flows.
- Partner with data teams to define and improve retention metrics such as repeat purchase, churn, and LTV.
- Assess and recommend the long-term CRM operating model, including integration of Klaviyo and HubSpot.
- Translate behavioral insights into targeted customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns.
