2-4 years in GTM, Partnerships, or Sales enablement (web3 or tech preferred). Strong knowledge of the web3 B2B ecosystem. Solid network in New York. Proactive mindset to identify and fix gaps. Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a CRM. Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote flexibility with in-person presence at AR's New York City office. Available to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and team offsites.
