Minimum 2 years working in a marketing environment. Bachelor's degree. Excellent organizational skills. Strong experience utilizing AI solutions for project management. Ability to confidently and effectively manage 15-20 concurrent projects. Understand nuances of account, strategy, creative design, and technical development work streams. Adapt project management approach between waterfall, hybrid, or agile. Passion for driving social change.

Actively manage multiple intermediate to advanced client projects. Lead with a positive attitude and growth mindset. Use AI-powered project management tools to drive adoption and optimization. Handle direct client communications and lead client meetings. Manage work streams involving creative, strategy, media, technology/web development, and QA testing. Engage strategically in projects and account retainers. Maintain project financials and manage project budgets. Manage third-party teams/partners. Ensure profitability through management of budget, scope, and timeline. Assist with development of proposals for new business. Compile and share project status reports. Lead presentations to share relevant project work to clients. Lead retrospective meetings with team members to improve work methodology.
