3+ years of experience in paid online marketing, with a strong understanding of programmatic, social, and publisher campaigns. Proven hands-on experience on paid social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Proficiency in CM360 / DV360 is considered a plus. Understanding of yield management, technical tracking details, brand safety, and pixel integration. A proactive attitude, self-confidence, and decisiveness, especially in high-pressure situations. The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and drive results. Excellent communication skills in English.
