5+ years of hands-on experience as an Escrow Officer Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong technical skills in escrow/title software (e.g., Qualia) Working knowledge of state-level escrow regulations and compliance requirements Team-first mentality and collaborative approach Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities

Prepare and review settlement documentation Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and prevent delays Obtain and verify clear title by resolving defects Audit escrow and closing files for completeness and compliance Oversee lender instructions and fund disbursement Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations Drive business growth through engagement with partners Continuously improve processes for efficiency and client experience
