Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education. 15+ years in Sales and Business Development. 5+ years in MSP/VMS, Direct and SOW-based clients in the commercial sector. Experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs. Experience in building sales automation systems, processes, and leveraging AI. Open to travel up to 30-40% of the time. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership skills to set and execute vision and strategy. Tech Savvy and up-to-date with current technologies and recruitment trends.
