Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education. 15+ years in Sales and Business Development. 5+ years in MSP/VMS, Direct and SOW-based clients in the commercial sector. Experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs. Experience in building sales automation systems, processes, and leveraging AI. Open to travel up to 30-40% of the time. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership skills to set and execute vision and strategy. Tech Savvy and up-to-date with current technologies and recruitment trends.
Responsibilities:
Manage P&L for existing accounts within the MSP/VMS space. Drive revenue and growth targets across the account portfolio. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives. Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs with the proposal team. Conduct regular onsite client visits to build relationships. Attend community networking events to foster business relationships. Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
