Requirements:
2+ years of experience in roles combining strategic analysis with hands-on execution (e.g., consulting, program management, organizational operations). Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end, ideally in a global or remote context. Demonstrated experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, with comfort in data analysis and translating data into actionable insights. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment. Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking. Exceptional skills in written communication and building trusting relationships across a global staff. Ability to thrive in a distributed leadership model. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities. Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end operational delivery of staff learning and development programs. Serve as the primary lead for People Circle data and analytics. Drive execution excellence for critical organization-wide annual cycles and administrative processes. Contribute operational expertise to strategic organizational initiatives. Coordinate logistical elements for programs, including scheduling and technology setup. Draft and manage communications to staff. Manage key people data systems and ensure data accuracy. Track and report on key organizational metrics. Lead the project management of annual Staff Engagement and Development Needs surveys. Plan and coordinate the annual staff member performance review cycle. Manage the internal organizational mentorship program. Lead operational management of key staff funding mechanisms. Serve as the budget manager for the People Circle. Contribute to projects streamlining organizational systems and collaboration. Contribute to initiatives for piloting AI use cases. Coordinate and manage staff appreciation initiatives. Support a secondment program.
