1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role. Experience qualifying leads, booking meetings, and managing a sales pipeline. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect quickly and adapt your approach based on the client. Tech savvy and adaptable, comfortable learning new systems and making adjustments based on data and feedback. Experience engaging and qualifying inbound leads; outbound experience is an asset. Comfortable working in a CRM (we use HubSpot) and managing detailed follow ups. Self motivated, results driven, and able to take ownership of your performance. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance volume and quality. A strong desire to grow from a BDR into an Advisory role. A genuine growth mindset. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset but not required. Bilingual in English & French is considered a great asset, but not required.
