Requirements:
8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, with a focus on new business development and existing account growth in a SaaS environment Must have experience in one of our core verticals: EdTech, Commerce, Regulations & Compliance, or Industrials Proven track record of achieving revenue targets across both new customer acquisition and account expansion strategies Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale a sales team Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. Drive proactive prospecting and outbound campaigns. Oversee strategies to deepen client relationships and maximize customer lifetime value. Lead the entire sales cycle, including deal management, proposals, and negotiations. Own sales forecasting for new and existing business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Continuously improve sales processes. Partner with leadership to align sales efforts with company objectives.
