Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Extensive experience in provider credentialing, licensing, and health plan enrollment Knowledge of multi-state licensing requirements and credentialing best practices Proven experience supervising or mentoring staff Experience entering and maintaining provider data in EMR and billing systems Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Comfortable working independently and collaborating across remote teams
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise credentialing support staff Oversee provider credentialing, licensure, and enrollment with payers Enter, update, and maintain provider data in EMR and billing systems Maintain provider rosters and monitor license renewals Resolve credentialing and licensure issues Facilitate multi-state licensure and DEA registrations Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing and enrollment matters
