Requirements:
Bachelor's degree CRM/E-mail operations experience Commitment to learning and developing skills Good interpersonal and time management skills Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to exercise good judgment Reliable transportation to office and ability to travel/drive locally Must reside within 60 miles from Chicago
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with prospective educational partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective students. Implement data-driven follow-up strategies. Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective students. Understand assigned territory opportunities. Align ACE's program offerings with student needs. Maintain strong relationships with existing partner networks. Serve as a liaison between ACE and partner organizations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Stay informed about ACE's program offerings. Contribute to scalable outreach models. Design and execute high-impact events and presentations. Represent ACE at trade shows, conferences, and community events. Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. Uphold ACE's standards of excellence in customer service.
