Own messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for key product areas, especially those focused on AI workflows, ecosystem signals, and data integrations. Lead product launches from start to finish, working cross-functionally to craft messaging, build content, drive adoption, and support post-launch growth. Build customer-facing content (decks, landing page copy, in-app communication) and internal enablement (launch playbooks, talk tracks, demo outlines). Use data to evaluate what’s working (and what’s not), optimizing messaging and GTM tactics based on feedback, adoption metrics, and experimentation. Stay close to the market by monitoring competitors, trends, and customer needs to shape GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and positioning. Identify and work closely with relevant partners to accelerate product growth trajectory and amplify value to customers. Appear publicly at product webinars, industry panels, and other events to spread Crossbeam’s awareness and messaging. Influence our Product roadmap by infusing marketing data and strategic insights into our Product prioritization work. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create high-impact work that moves the business forward.
