5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally in crypto, fintech, OTC trading, or asset management. Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and scaling strategic accounts. Deep understanding of crypto markets, trading behavior, and institutional buyer needs. Experience working with a diverse customer base, including HNWIs, hedge funds, family offices, trading firms, and businesses. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Intercom, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
