Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email on product usage, installation, and troubleshooting
- Handle general and specific client inquiries
- Activate licenses, assist with registration processes, and link mobile applications
- Work closely with business partners and internal departments
- Manage tickets in the system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Support customers in both English and a second language
