Product Growth Manager

Willing to travel 25-40% of time domestically across the US, up to 4 trips per quarter, including visits to prisons and parole offices. Licensed and able to drive a car for 2+ hours at a time for state trips. Clear, empathetic communicator with strong spoken and written English language skills. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate logistics. Fast learner able to absorb information quickly and ramp up on the criminal justice domain and tools. Skilled diplomat able to interact diplomatically with a diverse range of stakeholders. 3+ years of relevant work experience in external-facing and/or project management focused roles.

Manage new product rollouts onsite and virtually, including training new users. Run state-agnostic broad-reaching and scaled engagement and adoption tactics. Run state-specific custom-tailored engagement and adoption tactics. Manage inbound feedback and support requests from users. Represent the company’s brand and tone in all external interactions. Track and measure the results and outcomes of all Product Growth work.
