15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience At least 10 years in a leadership role within the technology sector Proven experience in managing a complete financial and accounting function for a high-growth company Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Master's degree (MBA) and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred Deep technical knowledge of GAAP and all financial reporting and compliance requirements Proficiency with NetSuite and other financial platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and drive results

Oversee all daily accounting operations Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Establish and enforce a robust system of internal controls Lead the company's regulatory reporting Manage relationships with external auditors Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, SOX) Implement and optimize accounting and financial reporting systems (e.g., ERP) Act as a strategic advisor to departmental leaders Execute financial strategies and initiatives Lead the annual budgeting and multi-year financial forecasting processes Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital Partner with department heads to support their financial needs Lead financial due diligence and support M&A activities Provide investors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders with required financial information Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
